Connected Hire is a multifaceted Executive and Technical Recruitment Firm based in Redondo Beach, CA.
Tom Nash, Founder and President
Since 2010, Tom has succeeded on multiple levels of recruitment including both internal and external, C-Level searches to entry level technicians, and everything in between. Tom handles the majority of the operations of Connected Hire. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts from the University of San Diego, and a Master of Business Administration from California State University- Dominguez Hills. He lives in Redondo Beach California, and in his free time is active at his Church, enjoys spending time with wife and toddler. He can be contacted at Tom@ConnectedHire.com
Jim McNeal, Co-Founder
This is Jim's second go-around in founding a recruiting Firm, he was one of the original Partners and eventually Managing Recruiter of International Search Partners, a boutique firm located in San Diego, California. When he wasn't recruiting professionals in the Thermal Processing Industry, he stayed active in the Navy Reserves, eventually attaining Flag Rank and after a 40 month recall to Active Duty, finally retired in 2017.
